If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@wihelmet.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in canceling the order if it has not been processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you receive a helmet and it does not meet your expectations or has any defects, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and further instructions.
We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or style of helmet. If you would like to exchange your helmet for another model or size, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist with the necessary arrangements.
1.Get in touch: Start the return process by emailing us at support@wihelmet.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
2.Refund or exchange the product: After your return request is approved, we will verify it within 3 business days and furnish you with a return address.
Once we receive your return, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited back to your original payment method. If you haven't received the refund within this timeframe, please carefully check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. The refund may take some time to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received the refund, please email us at support@wihelmet.com for further assistance.
a. Return/Exchange Initiated by Wihelmet: If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pick-up.
b. Return/Exchange Initiated by Customer: If you are returning or exchanging the helmet for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number.

Customized helmets with personalized engravings or modifications.
Helmets that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
